With a urgent requirement to expand their production facility to meet their increased demand, our client, a specialist in personalised external aortic root support, requested our recommendations.

They required an ISO 5, ISO 6 & ISO 7 cleanroom facility with temperature and humidity control, filtration and pressure monitoring.

The Process

We were appointed to design and build a cleanroom facility to enable our client to expand their business and meet their growing demands by creating a larger space for production/research.

After extensive surveying of the empty office space, we worked with the client to finalise a layout/design that would ensure an efficient transition of their product in each stage of production and quality review. Particular attention was given to the layout of services to accommodate to client’s production machinery along with creating an efficient pressure cascade between each room.

Working closely with the client and after successful installation of the new cleanroom facility, our client has benefited from:-
