Automotive, ISO 7 Cleanroom, Bolton

Project Objective

With a requirement to create a clean production facility to meet a particular customer demand, our client, a specialist in the development, manufacture, sales and services of automotive components, transportation related components, industrial machines and systems, requested our recommendations.

They required an existing workshop manufacturing space to be converted into an ISO 7 cleanroom facility with temperature control, filtration and pressure monitoring.

The Process

We were appointed to design and build a cleanroom facility to enable our client to continue expanding their business and meet their growing demands by utilising their existing space more efficiently.

After surveying the existing manufacturing space, we worked with the client to produce a layout/design that would ensure an efficient transition of their product and staff in each stage of production. Particular attention was given to the room layout to ensure all specialist equipment was housed appropriately within the space.

Results

Working closely with the client and after successful installation of the new cleanroom facility, our client has benefited from:-
