Project Objective

With an urgent requirement to expand their production facility to meet their increased demand, our client, a specialist injection moulding and toolmaking company, requested our recommendations.

They required an ISO 8 cleanroom facility with temperature control, filtration and pressure monitoring.

The Process

We were appointed to design and build a cleanroom facility to enable our client to expand their business and meet their growing demands by creating a space for production previously outsourced.

After surveying the proposed site area, we worked with the client to produce a layout/design that would ensure an efficient transition of their product in each stage of production and quality review. Particular attention was given to the wall construction to allow for removeable panels to accommodate their machinery tool exchanges.

Results

Working closely with the client and after successful installation of the new cleanroom facility and office space, our client has benefited from:-
