Project Objective

With a requirement to expand their production facility to meet their ever changing demands, our client, a specialist in aeronautical products and services for commercial, defence and space aircraft, requested our recommendations.

They required an existing manufacturing space to be converted in a ISO 7 & ISO 8 repair/overhaul cleanroom facility with temperature control, filtration and pressure monitoring.

The Process

We were appointed to design and build a cleanroom facility along with quality review space to enable our client to continue expanding their business and meet their growing demands by utilising their existing space more efficiently.

After surveying the existing manufacturing space, we worked with the client to produce a layout/design that would ensure an efficient transition of their product and staff in each stage of production and quality review. Particular attention was given to the aesthetic appearance of the facility as it will be used as a customer showcase in the future.

Results

Working closely with the client and after successful installation of the new cleanroom facility and quality review space, our client has benefited from:-
